The Asian Women Coaching Collective is hosting a special Coaching Across Cultures Education Program to explore the groundbreaking ICF 2026 Annual Futures Report.
This inaugural futures report identifies cultural intelligence as central to coaching's evolution—the capacity to recognize, understand, and adapt to cultural differences with curiosity, respect, and intentionality.
Why this matters now: Despite a $6.25 billion global coaching market, access remains unevenly distributed. Barriers around cost, cultural fit, and credentialing continue to shape who benefits from coaching and who can enter the profession.
