Workshop on Conflict Management: Building Resilient Leadership Skills

This workshop is designed for leaders and executive coaches with years of experience, offering a deep dive into conflict management strategies that can elevate your leadership presence in high stakes situations. We will introduce the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and explore its application, providing a foundational understanding of conflict dynamics. While we won’t directly use the tool in the session, you can schedule a one-on-one session with the facilitator to take the TKI assessment and receive a personalized debrief of your results.

Through role play exercises and real world case studies, we’ll focus on refining strategic communication techniques for navigating difficult conversations. 

You will learn to:

• Shift from reactive to intentional communication by mastering emotional regulation in the heat of the moment.

• Facilitate alignment and find common ground even when underlying interests are deeply divergent.
