She is the founder of LeiFongCoaching and president of the Asian Women Coaching Collective, and teaches at Stanford while coaching leaders through Harvard Business School.

Jean Yi focuses on data, marketing, and analytics at AWCC. She's also worked in journalism and education. In her free time, she enjoys checking out cafes around Los Angeles.
