About
Grace Lee is a leadership coach for hard seasons. She helps high-achieving women lead with their whole story, especially when they’re carrying more than anyone at work can see: grief, a layoff, a relationship ending, caregiving, or burnout.
Grace spent more than 21 years at Deloitte, most recently with the Deloitte Greenhouse, where her team built and scaled human behavior frameworks used by leaders worldwide. She led Business Chemistry, Deloitte’s working-styles framework, and was selected as an Ellen Gabriel Fellow, a program for senior managers identified as future firm leaders.
She became a mother and a widow in the same month, and that experience shapes how she coaches. Grace is an ICF-credentialed, trauma-informed coach and the founder of Whole With Grace. She works one-on-one with women and with organizations that want to invest in their leaders.
Why AWCC?
As the daughter of immigrants, I was raised to push through rather than pause, and I see that same pattern in many of the women I coach. AWCC’s focus on cultural authenticity and congruence speaks to something I’m still integrating in my own life and work. After 21 years in corporate, I’m building my practice independently, and I’d love to do it in community with Asian women coaches who are on a similar path.
