Drawing from my own experience as a parent of children with ADHD, mental health challenges, and LGBTQ+ identity, and with expertise in special education (M.Ed. & Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA) and business consulting (MBA), I focus on helping clients explore their values, strengths, and goals, and develop a personalized path forward that honors their culture, nurtures their unique family needs, and fulfills their personal and professional ambitions.
