Jennifer Nielsen, PCC, CPCC, MBA, is the founder of Nielsen Executive Coaching LLC and The Evolving Leader™ Collective. She is a certified leadership and executive coach who helps executives, emerging leaders, and multicultural professionals strengthen their confidence, visibility, influence, and ability to navigate workplace dynamics without changing who they are. Jennifer brings more than 18 years of experience in management consulting, leadership development, facilitation, training, and coaching. Before becoming a professional coach, she was a senior leader at Deloitte LLP, where she led diverse teams in delivering complex solutions and advised senior executives across federal government and public sector organizations. As a first generation Asian American, wife, working mother, and former corporate leader, Jennifer understands how cultural expectations can shape career choices, leadership behaviors, and relationships with authority. Her work is especially relevant for Asian American and first generation leaders who work hard and deliver results but may still feel overlooked, uncertain about workplace politics, or hesitant to advocate for their contributions and career aspirations.
