Why AWCC?
I'm passionate about creating spaces where Asian women and high-achieving working mothers feel seen, supported, and empowered in their careers. As a leadership and career coach, I’ve seen firsthand the unique challenges Asian women face in the workplace—navigating cultural expectations, advocating for themselves, and balancing ambition with family life. Being part of AWCC allows me to connect with like-minded coaches, learn from others, and contribute to a community that uplifts and amplifies the voices of Asian women in coaching and leadership. I’m excited to both give and receive support in a space that aligns with my values and mission.
