About

As a leadership and communications coach, Lisa partners with professionals who want to lead from a more authentic and grounded place. Drawing on mindfulness, emotional intelligence, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she helps clients turn inward to access the wisdom that inspires purposeful action. Before becoming a coach and trainer, Lisa spent over 25 years in branding and strategy, helping mission-driven leaders bring their visions to life. She brings that same creative spirit to her coaching—supporting others in bringing their truest selves forward with greater ease and impact. Lisa holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and certifications from Erickson Coaching International and the International Coaching Federation.

Why AWCC?

I’m drawn to the Asian Women’s Coaching Collective because I deeply value community. Being part of a collective that values professionalism, wholeness and identity feels deeply aligned with how I want to grow as a coach and as a person. As an Asian woman in coaching, I often crave spaces where I don’t have to explain my experience — where cultural nuance and belonging are simply understood.
