About

I’m a leadership coach, former CEO, and passionate advocate for purposeful, values-driven leadership. I work with senior leaders and teams across sectors to help them lead with greater clarity, resilience, and impact. My approach is grounded in systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and behavioral science—shaped by years of working with clients around the world, from the United Nations and NGOs to social impact organizations and multinational companies. Whether in one-on-one, team, or group settings, I create space for reflection, growth, and real transformation. I partner with people to cut through complexity, reconnect with what matters most, and navigate change with confidence and intention. My sense of service is deeply shaped by my experience as an immigrant—navigating across cultures, rebuilding community, and committing to equity and possibility wherever I work. In 2014, I was honored to be named one of the BBC’s 100 Women in the World—recognizing the positive change I’ve helped create through my work.

Why AWCC?

I’m excited to join the Asian Women’s Coaching Collective to help create a supportive, empowering space for our community of peers. I want to celebrate and amplify the success of other Asian coaches, contribute to a culture of mutual growth, and be part of a community where I can show up fully and authentically
