Surabhi Chatterjee (she/hers) is an experienced employee learning and development consultant. With two decades of professional experience, Surabhi has overseen strategic initiatives and instructor led trainings on employee professional, managerial, and leadership development in non-profit and private industries. Surabhi has also worked with non-profit institutions where she managed and led professional development, diversity, equity, and inclusion programming for staff. Surabhi has a Masters degree in Intercultural relations from Lesley University, as well as International Relations from Harvard University. Surabhi is certified as a leadership coach from Georgetown University and is an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation.
