I’m interested in being a member of the AWCC because I deeply believe in the power of community, shared identity, and mutual support—especially among Asian women navigating creative and coaching spaces. As an Asian American coach, I’ve seen how cultural nuances and intergenerational expectations can shape our relationship with creativity, ambition, and self-worth. I want to be part of a collective that not only honors these complexities but also uplifts and empowers one another through shared wisdom, collaboration, and authentic connection. Being in community with other Asian women coaches would be both grounding and inspiring as I continue to grow and serve others.
