Teresa is the Founder of Authenticity at Work, LLC. Teresa coaches at the intersection of career and mindset, focused on people-pleaser and perfectionism. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. Teresa's coaching mission is to empower Asian American women to find their authentic selves, achieving true fulfillment with themselves and their work. Teresa's coaching style focuses on identifying and overcoming self-limiting beliefs and internal obstacles that get in the way. She serves as an equal partner, asking perceptive questions to unlock their true potential. She encourage clients to name, own, and value their strengths as they move forward in life. She provide clients with accountability to take action towards achieving their true career purpose. Teresa's greatest satisfaction is connecting with clients and witnessing their personal and mindset transformations. Teresa is also a program manager at Google. She works on people and product operations programs to improve Googlers' lived experiences at work. She coaches Googlers as part of her community contributions. Teresa holds a B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Organizational Psychology, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
